Becoming a mother is more than a moment — it’s a transformation. In the 4th trimester, your body, mind, and home all learn a new rhythm. As your postpartum doula, and a part of your village, I’m here to help you find that rhythm again through postpartum doula services that encompass compassionate care, practical support, and gentle guidance. From newborn care and light housework to meal preparation and emotional encouragement, my approach to postpartum care is to help you rest, recover, and confidently ease into motherhood by allowing you to focus on bonding with your baby and caring for yourself.
I am not a babysitter, maid, or chauffeur, but a dedicated professional providing intentional care, education, encouragement and support to help you thrive in your 4th trimester and beyond.
Choose the Support That Feels Right for You
Nurtured - $40/hour - 3hour minimum
Sometimes you don’t need a package—you just need a little help. Nurtured offers flexible, in-home support tailored to what you need that day. I may care for baby while you shower or nap, prepare something nourishing, help with feeding, tidy the spaces we’re using, or simply sit with you as you process birth and adjust to motherhood. You don’t have to do it all just because you’re home.
Peace of Mind - $450 - 12hours
Knowing help is already on the way can make those early weeks feel a little lighter. Peace of Mind gives you 12 hours of intentional postpartum care to use in 3-hour or longer visits. Together, we’ll focus on your recovery, feeding and newborn care, rest, nourishment, and finding a rhythm that works for your family—because sometimes peace of mind is simply knowing you don’t have to figure everything out alone.
